Air shock upgrade to replace the very poor quality OEM shock (fixed rate heavy spring, no lubricated internals, steel-on-plastic top out design, loose fitting bushings). This air shock offers significantly improved suspension action via machined shock body, an actual piston with teflon wear ring, and oiled internals. Excellent bushing fit for clunk/rattle reduction, and infinite spring rate adjustability for our young riders. A very nice shock for the money. Every shock gets disassembled and shortened to match the OEM static length of 133mm so that motorcycle geometry remains unchanged. Pressure can be adjusted with standard bicycle tire pumps, mountain bike shock pumps, etc. (Schrader valve) Recommended starting pressure is 75 psi/5.2 bar.
